Colokrew Biz: Renewal of Office Map and Equipment Features

The user interface (UI) and design of Colokrew Biz’s Office Map and Fixtures features have been redesigned to be more intuitive and simple.

 

About this renewal

Colorkrew Biz provides a feature called “Tasks with No Name”™ that supports tasks that are difficult to tell people you are doing, such as scheduling, booking meeting rooms, searching for people with a free address, managing supplies, sending mail, etc. We offer a variety of functions.

Among the multiple functions of Colokrew Biz, this renewal includes updates to the user interface (UI) and design of the graphic pages for the office map function, which allows users to visualize who is where, and the equipment function, which allows users to borrow equipment and manage inventory.

UI and Design Changes

The design has been changed to make it intuitive and easy to understand how to make reservations and check reservation history.

In addition, users who are in the process of making reservations can be confirmed from the seat details, making it easier to confirm available seats.

 

Timeslot (the unit of time displayed in the seat reservation)

Time slot hourly settings can now be customized by the administrator.

In addition, selection methods (pull-down lists, check boxes, etc.) can be chosen, allowing for more flexible seat reservations tailored to the company’s working conditions.

UI and Design Changes

 

The ability to sort by equipment name, registration date, and acquisition date makes it easier to find the equipment you want, and the ability to search by tag simplifies equipment searches.

In addition, you can now check the status of your equipment usage more easily, as you can see the equipment you are borrowing, reserving, or have recently used in the same place.

 

Customize Categories

Customizable categories allow you to manage your equipment more in line with your company’s working conditions.

 

Linkage with Colokrew Workflows

When borrowing equipment, you can now link with Colokrew Workflows and use the equipment after approval.

With Colokrew Workflows, users can continue to use the same system as before, while administrators can streamline their workflow by having a single place to check the status of their requests.
